Return Policy

  • 15% Restocking Charge plus 2-way Freight.
  • Return must be processed within 30 days of original order date.
  • Stock Material pulled from our warehouse that required a forklift, warehouse packaging and freight to the customer. This material must be in good condition and pass Cedars Metal inspection. When returned, the material must be packaged well for shipment back to Cedars.
  • Material Brokered or Special Ordered, Non-Standard Stocking Material. Returns will be based on Cedars Metal vendors’ approval. All fees charged by such vendor to Cedars Metal, plus 15% handling fee will be charged along with all freight costs.
  • Materials that cannot be returned to Cedars Metal.
  • All Material not in the original shipped sales condition. Examples are as follows: • Material that has had additional processing to the original ordered material. • Material that has been damaged.
  • Processed coils into sheets within 30 days
  • Cedars Metal Management will decide if the processed sheets are resalable and at what value. Sheets must be in good condition and past Cedars Metal inspection. Approved returned material must be packaged well.
